How to swith to opening the cheat box instead of taking a screenshot in Sims 4

Sims 4 -  OKAYY so everyone ive asked says to do Ctrl + shift + C to open the cheat ox. i do that but it taks ascreenshot of the game instead... how do i make it like not do that?? -Alliecat080...

Hey! This was years ago that you encountered this problem, but it happens to me too. Did you ever fix it?

The commend didn't change but after the patch, it looks like some mod is interfering with it and broke it or something went wrong with this option.
If you have any mods move the mods folder to the desktop and try without it.

You can also try to fix the game in Origin, but if the patch has changed it than fixing the game will not a big help

Origin/Library - right-click on TS4 - option "repair game"
