hygiene decay despite forever fresh
My sims are having hygiene decay even tho they have forever fresh. They are also going to get water to drink every single spare second that I haven't given them a direct command.

- @jpkarlsen My sim isn't doing any of this type of actions tho. The getting water every two seconds is annoying too. But thank you.
