Hygiene/energy dropping very fast since latest patch

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a sim
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims hygiene and energy going down very fast, energy won't go up much sleeping
What do you expect to see? The motives work as normal
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Since the latest patch my sims motives are all over the place. The hygiene drops rapidly, needing to shower every few hours and energy is also going down fast and doesn't seem to be replenished while sleeping.
I figured it out I think. Looked through all the hidden buffs and there was an uncomfortable one that was preventing sims from doing anything normally prevented from being uncomfortable. I removed it and now everything has gone back to normal, including the motives. All a bit weird but at least it's resolved!
