I have attached the screenshots down below, they are in the correct installation paths I think. The only thing I can see that is different with the SP's is that there is no Delta on the end of the folder unlike the EP that I tried which does have that.
@StormzyBby19 That looks fine. I should have asked for clarification before, but are all the items from each pack missing, or only some? I thought all since you said the game didn't recognize the kits, but maybe I got that wrong. The reason I ask is that clutter items missing is a known bug after the patch:

But if nothing from either pack is loading, that's a separate issue.

Hi! Thank you for your help, while the actual kit names aren't showing up on the list of packs you have in the game, at least I can access the premade room for the items of it.

@StormzyBby19 Then do you think you have the issue in the bug report? I can merge your posts if so. Otherwise, I would try deleting one of the kits' folders, one directly in "The Sims 4" rather than in the Installer folder, and reinstalling it. You'd need to close the EA App and kill the EABackgroundService in the Task Manager first.
