I bought and downloaded 2 of the latest kits, The game has not recognised them.

Hi! I had the exact same problem!

Here's how I fixed it:

1) Go to the EA app

2) Go to Sims 4 page

3) Go to Add-ons page at the top of the page

4) Scroll down to the Kits section

5) Click on the Kits in question

6) Click download on each missing Kit

7) Run game like normal

I had to manually download lilsimsie's, Bella Goth's, and Don Lothario's kits. They didn't download automatically like they normally would.
