I bought Snowy Escape and it isn't showing up in the EA App but it is in game???

So around Noon-3 today, I bought Snowy Escape. I went into my library after the game was finished updating and I had redeemed the code, and it was not showing up in my library. I rebooted my computer, uninstalled EA and reinstalled it, and eventually made my way into the game to check if it showed it was in there. Once entering the packs section of the main menu, I looked for Snowy Escape. Funny enough, in the game, it showed that I had purchased it. However, when I placed my mouse over the pack, along with the description of the pack, it said something along the lines of: "Download to access features". A few months ago I changed the EA account's email to my current one. I don't know if that means anything, but I'm desperate. Please HELP!!!!
