I can’t enter manage worlds

pernillaaakesson​  That means that the problem is limited to your main saves, as opposed to a system issue.  As for whether the saves can be recovered, that depends on the cause of the problem.

Can you load a household, but going to Manage Worlds doesn't work?  Or can you not load a household either?  I know you were in build mode once, but it's not clear whether that was before or after this problem surfaced.  Just let me know either way.

Please also open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you find.  Try again to go to Manage Worlds in an affected save and see whether you get a new LE.  If you do, copy its text and paste it into a reply here.
