I’m using legacy, I checked the file and the only one there is Core, Python and Res

You need to find the Game folder. Program Files (x86) / Origin Games/ The Sims4
These folders are in alphabetical order so the Game folder will be in The Sims 4 folder below the folders starting with the letters E and F. After you open this Game folder you will find the Bin_LE subfolder there.
