I can’t download my sims 4 packs

Hello!

I recently had problems with both ea and steams, I tried a lot of stuff which didn’t work. So I ended up uninstalling and re installing both app. Now, I play sims 4 on ea, but when I went to download the packs I bought a few weeks ago, the options to download wasn’t there. Instead, it says to do it on steams, but when I check, nothing is there, it’s like I never bought the packs..

    @foxynette18  Where can you not login?  If it's only in one location, for example the EA App or a website, let me know where the problem is, for example browser X is a problem but browser Y is fine.

    If you can't login anywhere, contact EA customer support, without signing in on the help portal, and ask for help getting into the account.  The "can't login" category should let you request help without signing in and also give you the live chat option, which is what you need.  It's possible the account needs some kind of reset on the EA side.

    @foxynette18  Are your Steam and EA accounts still properly linked?  The easiest way to test is to open an EA site (this one is fine) in a private browser window and try to login using your Steam credentials.  If you land in the correct EA account, they're linked; if anything else happens, let me know.

    And just to be sure, you're saying your Steam library doesn't contain the packs you bought through Steam?  Do you still have e-receipts or other proof of purchase from these transactions?  This might be a Steam account issue, that is if you're looking at the correct account and it's linked to your EA account.

    My accounts are correctly linked, I guess the issue is Steam? I just don’t know how to fix the problem.

    Ok so..new problem. I looked through my stuff and I was on the wrong account. Now, when I try to log in that account, it doesn’t work, no matter how many times I change my password.

    Sorry for the late reply..I fixed it. I just didn’t write the right username. Now it’s working 🙂 thank you all for the help.
