I can’t zoom out and am unable to move with my mouse

@4px0vxnat279  Do you play on a Windows PC or a Mac, and is it a laptop or desktop?  Have you tried using the trackpad or a different mouse?  It can also help to switch to the Sims 3 camera, quit, and switch back to the Sims 4 camera, although both allow for zooming in and out.

You can also try moving options.ini (inside Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4) to the desktop.  This will reset all your in-game options, so if it doesn't make a difference, you can simply delete the new options.ini and put the old one back rather than needing to reset everything.
