I can not start my sims 4 game at all

Good Afternoon this my 3rd time written about this issue today.  i have 2 case numbers and when i go to check it says i have no case. i ca not open the sims 4. an error poos up saying the requested o...

MsJayD54​  For the Electronic Arts folder, check these two locations:

C:\Users\your username\Documents
C:\Users\your username\OneDrive\Documents

For the error, have you set Sims 4 to run as an admin?  If so, please remove that setting.  And if you're not doing so already, please launch the game from within your EA App game library; don't use the desktop shortcut, at least for now.
