I can play but the download never finished! it's stuck at 94%

Title explain it all. I installed my game right from Origin. I can play the game but for some reason whenever I turn it on, there will be a pop-up notice telling me to wait until it finishes downloading.... and It has been at 94% for the past 3 weeks. If I ignore it and choose to play, I can play as if nothing happened though I notice that if I have a sim with glasses, he/she will wear an ugly purple glasses in their profile picture instead of the actual glasses (which I thought is caused by that unfinished installation). I did checked my download queue but there's nothing to download! Everything has been done correctly, but that pop-up notice makes me confuse! Can someone help? Thank you in advance! 😉
