I cannot finish installing the Sims 4.

My patience is running thin. I have brought a physically brand-new copy of the Sims 4 Limited Edition for PC. I have spent the last five to six hours trying to install this. I get the same error ever...

Hi. I had this problem too disc 1 was no problem but it didn't want to know disc 2. In the end I took the disc out and then I got the option to download direct from EA when I hovered the mouse over the Sims 4 game picture . It took ages to download but no problems.
