I cannot finish installing the Sims 4.
My patience is running thin. I have brought a physically brand-new copy of the Sims 4 Limited Edition for PC. I have spent the last five to six hours trying to install this. I get the same error ever...

I also bought a physical copy of The Sims 4 Limited Edition. And I also had the installer disc 2 replaced by my local retailer here in my country just this afternoon. I uninstalled the 16 HOUR DOWNLOADED Sims 4 game on my pc to have it reinstalled with the replaced physical copy of my The Sims 4. To my disappointment, the disc 2 is still a **bleep** - my cd drive still can't recognize it and the installation stacks up at 92%.
Can you right click on the disc symbol on Computer and see if you can read the disc that way ?
Yes. Does it open and does the disc have any content ?
