I can't access game options

Hello. I can't access "Game options" when I press esc. So i can't save screenshots, turn off music or anything! When i attempt to click on game options nothing happens, and if I try to go into build mode after clicking on game options the game becomes completely unplayable, making me unable to enter live mode again or pressing any other button for that matter (I'll try to insert a picture taken on bandicam).  I haven't seen anyone else have this problem and I have no idea what is causing it. I would be thankful for answers! (I use custom content and mods)
