@MagicSenpai When you log in to Origin - click my games and you should see the game icon. This will indicate your using the correct account. If you don't see the game in Origin try the other account.
@roberta591 Yep, it's there. I've had the hypothesis that EA's servers are just busted and they aren't fixing them :/
@MagicSenpai Something must be causing a problem but it is time you will have to contact EA customer support and they can open your account and see what is going on. There must be an issue with your account. This is an open public forum and accounts can not be accessed here. I believe we have exhausted many of the common possibilities.
