Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC shows as installed, won't load in-game

For about a week, the game has been saying that I don’t own any of the packs. I look in ea and it’s all installed.  I’ve tried everything and nothing works. I’ve restarted the computer, restarted ea, repaired the game, cleared the cache, removed mods, even uninstalled and installed the game with no luck!  I installed the update this morning and nothing has changed!
