I can't connect to The Sims 4 gallery

Apparently, in The Sims 4 game settings, it says that I am online, however when I attempt to connect to the gallery, it always says that it could not connect. I've tried multiple times but I could not connect. I saw a good amount of people had the same problem. However, I have heard that the gallery is very busy all of the time. I don't know how to fix this.

    Did it ever work for you?

    Do you have any security software that might be blocking the connection?

    On my computer, I have Norton Security as well as a Firewall, is that probably preventing me from connecting?

    Try turning off the Norton just to test, if it works the game needs to be added in to your exceptions.
