@Lolkot12 i did all of these, and did not work i removed the helper option off the origin and closed it, deleted everything off but the task manager and the reason im doing this is because since it updated sims 4 will not work until i delete all the cache off (which i did) but once it got down to the log one i couldnt delete it because it said "this action cannot be completed because the folder or file in it is open in another program."

Uninstall Origin by using Revo (free version) - it will clean your computer from all traces of Origin

If you have a problem with an update of the game, before you will try "check for updates" by right-clicking on the TS4 in the Origin library, obligatory fix the game in Origin.
