I can't find my custom downloaded sim in my library

I downloaded a sim from the sims 4 resource, including all the custom content used to make her but it won't show up in my library no matter what I do. I've ticked 'include custom content' I've made sure all the information is out of files and just in the mods folder no deeper and still it doesn't show up. Please help, I'm not overly computer savvy but I do have a basic understanding and I spent ages downloading all of this stuff.

@Aliciadestiny999  Open the game, load a save, click the Gallery icon in the upper-right corner of the screen (the light bulb), click My Library, select the item you want gone, and click the trash can icon in the lower-left corner.

Im having the same issue. I'm not sure how to screen shot but all my files that need to be in tray folder is in there. I still can see the sims, I got the download from patreon creator xureila, and used google to download since that's all that she had. im on Mac

  • JosyF_99  You can click cmd-shift-4 and drag your cursor over the portion of the screen you want to capture, then add the screenshot to a reply by clicking the Insert Media (camera) icon.
