I cant find my sim and when I "find it", its just empty air, what do I do?

Have you had the same problem where your sim disappears for no reason and without any warning? And when you try to click on the figure on the bottom left and it just shows you that nothing is there? ...

If you has posted this in the appropriate SIMS forum, instead of the Anthem one, (or at least indicated which of the many SIMS games you're talking about) you might have been able to get an answer.
