I can't get the cheat bar to come up since the last update

I do the CTRL + Shift + C and the cheat bar doesn't come up to enter any cheat codes. It doesn't do anything at all.  I have tried resetting the game, restarting my computer... Nothing. Anyone know...

    I figured it out. The update put my game in windowed mode and this made it so I couldn't use the cheat bar. I am not sure why this is but it works now.

This is caused by a program running in the background that use the same keys. Usually a screen capture program.

There is also a less likely cause that the keyboard is faulty and one of the keys are broken.

I figured it out. The update put my game in windowed mode and this made it so I couldn't use the cheat bar. I am not sure why this is but it works now.
