i cant launch my sims4 and saved games always disappearing
okay so.few hours ago i save and exited my game because i need to do something. but when i tried to open sims4 again it wont launch i looked up for answers here and people said to move Electronic Arts folder to desktop. i did that and i can open my sins4 again. BUT my saved games are all gone!!! i tried to recover it by renaming saved games in electronic arts folder but it wont work. i gave up and tried building a new game. BUT i realize my mods are all gone too ... i exited the game to try to fix the mods but the game wont launch and it went back to the first paragraph again .........
does anyone experience this too?please help
@gyubrikcanon Your saves, mods, and anything else you've created in-game or added to your user folder are now in the Electronic Arts folder you moved to the desktop. The files are intact, but the game can't read them where they are. You can simply move them back to the proper location, but please first test your mods and cc to make sure they don't prevent the game from loading properly. You can test in batches, or use the 50/50 method if you have a lot of files to test.

Once you've sorted through this content, you can move over the files from saves and Tray and pick up where you left off. The other files and folders generally don't need to be transferred, but here's a list in case you're curious:
