I cant open sims 4 to switch into laptop mode
I can not open sims 4. Or restart the EA app. I would like to log in in order to switch into laptop mode. Internet connection is working well. What should I do? Everything worked well yesterday.

@Annijoanna To switch to laptop mode without opening Sims 4, go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, open Options.ini, hit ctrl-F and search for advancedrendering , and set it to 0 (zero).
However, this isn't going to help you open Sims 4 if it and the EA App aren't already working at all. Before doing anything else, restart your computer, and see whether the App will load properly this time. If not, uninstall it with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine), restart again, and download a fresh copy of the installer to use.
If that doesn't help either, please let me know what happens when you try to open the App, including any error message you see.
