I can't play my The Sims 4 anymore
Hello Origin and other persons who use Origin
My name is Shawnee and I have a huge problem with my The Sims 4. On 6 december 2014, I bought The Sims 4. I played a lot on it, but after a while I got busy and couldn't play on it. Today, I wanted to play The Sims 4 again, so I logged in, but first I had to download that new version of Origin. So I did that. Then I tried to search my games (so The Sims 4) but couldn't find it. I placed the disc that I had from the game in my computer, but it said I had to activate the game. But ofcourse, I already did that. Now I have no idea how I can play The Sims 4 again. I really wanna play The Sims 4 again, because I really like the game. Can you guys please help me with this problem? I really don't know what to do and it makes me sad.

If the TS4 icon does not appear in your Origin account and you are sure you are logged in to the Origin account you used to activate the game the first time you played then there is a problem with the Origin account. As this is a public forum for users by users accounts can not be accessed here. You will have to contact EA customer service about this issue.
