I can't play my The Sims 4 anymore

Hello Origin and other persons who use Origin

My name is Shawnee and I have a huge problem with my The Sims 4. On 6 december 2014, I bought The Sims 4. I played a lot on it, but after a while I got busy and couldn't play on it. Today, I wanted to play The Sims 4 again, so I logged in, but first I had to download that new version of Origin. So I did that. Then I tried to search my games (so The Sims 4) but couldn't find it. I placed the disc that I had from the game in my computer, but it said I had to activate the game. But ofcourse, I already did that. Now I have no idea how I can play The Sims 4 again. I really wanna play The Sims 4 again, because I really like the game. Can you guys please help me with this problem? I really don't know what to do and it makes me sad.

  • If the TS4 icon does not appear in your Origin account and you are sure you are logged in to the Origin account you used to activate the game the first time you played then there is a problem with the Origin account. As this is a public forum for users by users accounts can not be accessed here. You will have to contact EA customer service about this issue.

    I have exactly the same problem and cannot find my game or a solution! It sucks that you pay for a game and can't play it or find out why?
  • The activation is tied to the Origin account you first used to play TS4. Are you using the same login. Once the game is activated your code is tied to that login.

    Yes, I am on the same account. That's the problem. I really have no idea what to do. And as you can see, I'm not the only one with that problem. I really hate it that I paid for the game, but can't play it anymore.

    If anyone has the same problem that I have or know how to solve this problem, please answer. I would appreciate it.

    Has this been solved for anyone yet? I use my sisters Origins account to play The Sims 4 on my PC, I haven't played for months so I wanted to play recently and although I have never uninstalled TS4 from my PC, it doesn't show up on her Origins "My Game" tab anymore and when I click the desktop icon to play it now says i need an activation code.....

    @eMiiz75 Is the icon hidden? Again user accounts can not be accessed here. Issues of this nature need to be handled through EA Customer Service. CS can access the account can access the account take the appropriate action.
