i cant play the sims 4
I bought the hard copy of sims 4. Ive installed and downloaded it probaby 4 times now, and each time i click play in origin, my computer loads, but than wont open the game. i go to click "play" again...

Are you sure that the installation completely finishes?
- ApprovedNot sure how to see the progress... But I get the option to click play..
Could you try cleaning the Origin cache files: http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/delete-origin-cache-files/
