i can't redeem my code for an extension pack from amazon

Question

I spent $160 on 5 extension packs and only could redeem 2 out the 5. I don't know if I should contacted amazon or EA. It won't let me redeem the other 3. I've been trying for 2 hours straight. If anyone knows what to do please let me know.

@yhqh0jsljp41&nbsp; Contact Amazon, since it's an authorized seller of EA games and is therefore obligated to provide working codes.&nbsp; Take screenshots showing the codes not working and that the packs aren't in your game library (that you still need to purchase them should be good enough).
