Have you found how to fix this? I've just switched computers and want to be able to download my old houses and sims. I didn't use custom content either, so it's not that

Hi!
Did you upload them to the community gallery or just the library?
The library is local, so you need to go to your old computer and find the Tray-folder in C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\
Copy the content to the Tray-folder on your new computer, and your stuff should show up in the library
(If you want to access your old saves you should also copy the content of your old saves-folder to the new saves-folder)
- 8 years agoHi, I had uploaded to the community gallery (and transferred my old save files). Actually I've just loaded the game and everything is visible in my catalog now. Maybe because I uploaded so much at once it took a while to process?
