Hi! I'm having the same issue in my game after the bunk beds update. I was wondering if you have found the solution to this problem. I'm the builder type of player, so it's driving me mad ☹️

Yeah, I have no mods now and I already tried everything in the comment above...

Did you still have the same issue on a new save without anything added back ?
I had the same problem, it was fixed after I deleted the expandable catalog mod.

I was having the same issues and removed this mod. It's back to normal now.
I got the exact same issue and I'm also a builder. It is absolutely driving me mad! Is yours already fixed or not?
