Hello. I orderer the High School Years expansion trought FNAC and since i couldnt get the bonus i want to ask EA agents to please do what you did last year when an agent gave me the cottage living bonus even though i ordered trought the same retailer. Thanks
Its extremely unfair some agents are giving the bonus to people who order from cdkeys and amazon and not to the people who order from their one of the only country retail store FNAC Thanks
@Naomi_Red_Panda I'm not sure if the vendors are required to give the bunus items. When you deal with an EA game tech there seems to be a difference from one to the next agent. I am not aware if all agents can give the bonus items out especially if you don't buy from EA. You used to get a card (or an email) with a code to redeem bonus items but I don't know how they do it now. I would think your inquiry should be with FNAC as they are the vendor. I would think that should be your first call and see what they hafe to say.
Yeh the vendor simply isnt aware from any code thats the issue. EA never provided with one
