Will registered keys during the 28th july and 8th september grant the pre-order bonus? We have been through a similar thing when cottage living came out. Just want to know if the disaster will be avoided this time.
I was supposed to be getting a set of gaming stuffs for buying The Sims 4 High school years before sept 8 but I never received it. I've contacted EA and tver have sent me to about 7 different people each time they email me with tons if follow up questions. Everytime I reply there's another very positive sounding person but they NEVER actually try to help me. The last thing I heard was they wanted me to do a live chat by following a link, which I never even received. I'm sooo upset by this and can't take it anymore 🤬

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I just can't download the dlc with the "early buy" bonification
What happens when the bug occurs? nothing, i have the dlc, but not the bonification to buy it before the deadline
What do you expect to see? Streaming items from the dlc

I have activated the dlc in my account, but for some reason appears two in the dlc screen list
When i click on the download button from the attachment, nothing happens...
If I run the game, i have the dlc installed, with everything except the streaming items, the ones i should receive because i bought the game before the deadline.
