I don’t know what to do
My graphics drive is completely up-to-date so I don’t know why this is coming up any suggestions would be great

I’ve been playing Sims four since 2017 and it’s always worked continuously no matter what computer I’m using and no matter what updates it keeps getting however since October I have been unable to play it at all.
My previous post I mentioned that my graphics card was up-to-date and that this is the first time that I’ve actually seen the loading screen since this problem started occurring in October last year I’ve removed all my mods from case Forge I try removing the ads but every time I click X it completely glitches out and doesn’t allow me to even select a new game because it won’t let me go past that I’m seriously at a loss I have no idea what to do
