I don’t know what to do

Starmiloangel​  Where is your game installed?  I asked you to move the user folder, with saves and other user files inside, not the program files folder, which is the game install itself.  But if you installed the game into Documents > Electronic Arts, you'd have moved both at the same time.  You can see the install location in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > View properties.

If the game is NOT installed anywhere in Documents, you moved the wrong folder.  In that case, move the correct one instead, as this is a simple and important test.
