I *DON’T* NEED LEGACY EDITION. WHERE DO I UNINSTALL?

Me neither! What annoys me is that there’s barely any information on this obvious issue. I have Windows 10 and my computer runs 64 bits so I don’t know the issue is here. I just want LEGACY gone and I WANT MY NORMAL GAME. THIS IS PISSING ME OFF. 

@Malique_TW   As the demands for new and more powerful hardware continues increase code writers are making use of this new realm. With a 32 bit operating system can only address 4Gb of memory. With a 64 bit operating system you can directly address is governed by the capabilities of the operating system. Windows 10 pro for Workstation 64 bit can access 6Tb of memory. Windows 10 pro 64 bit can access 2 Tb. The new minimum memory requirement today is 8Gb for a gaming computer system. For acceptable performance with 64 bit it is preferred to have more then 4Gb. I just checked my Origin and the toggle is there. I think there are other hardware considerations other then memory size for running this game in 64 bit mode. I don't know if running this game in the Legacy edition may prevent you from toggling the game.Have you tried uninstalling the Legacy edition and installing the regular edition?

There is no "somehow" all dropdowns work the same. You click on the little downward pointing arrow so the dropdown unfolds and you can click the wanted option. If you have any trouble doing that then post a follow up stating what you have a problem with in following the given instructions.

My origin wont show me the "When Launching" option.  I really dont need Legacy Edition and need to delete it.
