Hi,
I cannot get either Sims 4 or 3 to load on my laptop. It's saying game data is missing or damaged. I've redownloaded, tried the new user trick, repaired, and I'm now completely stuck.
I've run the dxdiag and will attach them below.

For Sims 3, what happens when you try to play? If you get an error message, please post a screenshot.
Your dxdiag lists some crashes that might belong to an antivirus, so please let me know which you use, and whether it helps to (temporarily) disable the antivirus. As long as you don't do anything else at the same time, your computer should be safe.
