issue with expansion pack

Dear EA Support,

I am writing to report an issue regarding the Sims 4 expansion pack Get Famous. I previously purchased this pack when it was initially released and had full access to it at the time. Recently, I returned to playing The Sims 4 after a few years and reinstalled the game along with all my expansion packs.

While all other expansion packs have installed and function correctly, Get Famous does not appear as available in my game. On the Sims 4 in-game store page, the expansion is marked as already owned and is grayed out, indicating I purchased it. However, in the EA App, it prompts me to repurchase the expansion in order to play.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this discrepancy. I do not wish to repurchase content I already own. Please advise on the next steps to restore access to my original purchase.
