I started the game many times already and I still don't have a folder I even reinstalled the sims 4 games.

    Are you using oneDrive ? If so, did you check there ?

      I'm having the exact same problem, and I've checked OneDrive and every possible folder. I've been playing this game for almost a year now and super confused. I just want it back so I can download CC and Mods, they make the game enjoyable for me.

      @RosyRossie  Have you launched the game at least once?  If so, there has to be a Sims 4 folder somewhere.  Try looking in OneDrive (or iCloud if you have a Mac).

      i had the same problem but figured i had the sims game on different pc previously and on the same windows account so it still had the files on the old pc. after signed out of the old pc my new one finaly created the electronic arts folder 🙂 hope it helps
