Can't launch my game
I have been having this problem for about two days now. When i open my game i get a message that says:
In english: "The contents of your user data folder were created with a newer version of The Sims 4 and therefore cannot be loaded. Please update this game via Origin in order to play."
I have tried removing the mods and CC i have installed recently but it doesn't work.
linec2007 Don't search; open the folders. The file is created or overwritten any time you launch the game, so if you were able to play on this computer at some point, it should be there.
If you still don't see it, check your other Documents folders. Click This PC in the left panel of a File Explorer window, double-click the C drive, then open Users > your username > Documents etc. as well as ... your username > OneDrive > Documents etc.
