@TypicalVeganYT There are two Sims 4 folders on your computer. One contains the game's program files, as in, the game itself, everything Origin installs. That's what you see in your screenshot, and it's located on D where you wanted it.
The other set of files is the user data folder: the Sims 4 folder in Documents\Electronic Arts. This is where your saves, saved housholds and builds, screenshots, etc. are stored, and it's also where you add your mods. This folder will always be in Documents\Electronic Arts, and if you move the Sims 4 folder elsewhere, the game won't be able to find it and will create a new one instead.
If you really want the Sims 4 folder in Documents to be on D as well, there are ways to move it, but it's more complicated than just dragging and dropping. Let me know if you'd like it on D, and if so, whether you want all of Documents on D as well, or just the Sims 4 content.
