I get a long error code whenever I try to play..

I was on the chat and lost connection. Finally I tried one more thing and it worked!!

I created a new account on my windows 7. I then logged off my account and switched over to the new user account. Signed into origin like normal... Loaded the game... Had to make a new sim because my original stuff didn't transfer over with being on a new windows account. Created the sim, bought a house, and everything loaded perfectly.

I highly suggest trying this option. Literally took me 2 minutes to create a new user account on windows 7.
