i got the sims on orgin it wont have my game in my libary

so i got it a few months ago and yesterday i wanted to play it so it asked for the bought code i put it in and it said invalid so now i can play my game now and gamestop does not allow returns so now im wondering i gget my game back

    @klesto2 

    If you bought a game code from Gamestop that you can not redeem in Origin you need to contact Gamestop and have them exchange it for one that works. It will take a little while because they need to check with Origin that you have not already redeemed the code. Why did you wait several months to redeem it?
