I had sims 4 city living but now its gone

I had sims 4 city living and its a non origin game and was working great yesterday but when i try to play sims 4 today it kept saying "close program" on the loading screen on sims 4. i tried to repai...

    There were issues with Origin earlier.

    Do you still have this issue @ellielf1053 ?

where it shows all the packs you can add on for the game, where it says city living it just says to buy it so it acts like i don't have it

Give these a try:

The game no longer shows up in Origin

Try the following things: 

  • Restart Origin.
  • Log out and back in and use the email address instead of the user name. Make sure to use the one you used to register the game in the first place.
  • Reinstall Origin.
  • Restart your router/modem.
  • Make sure the game isn't hidden by accident. To check, put the filter to Hidden Games. If it's there, right-click on the game to unhide ((click on the spoiler below to view an exemplary screenshot))

    i have tried the first two options already and it did nothing to clarify i didn't buy the game from origin. also when i was reinstalling the sims 4 it wasn't in the downloads queue.
