*** SOLVED ***
i have uninstalled the Origin, and then reinstalled.
then i deleted my graphic drivers and then went to the official page of Nvidia drivers ( http://www.geforce.com/drivers )
clicked the link "automatic driver updates"
installed the detected file and my game started as usual like i used to play before 🙂
:womansad: i still get the same error message
do u think i should uninstall the game and then reinstall?
Try this first: http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/resetting-the-game-to-factory-settings-without-reinstalling/
Also try if repair on Origin does anything (right click on the game)
