I have done everything ea help has suggested about the lag

I still get some lag when giving my sims commands and school is suppose to start at 8 but my clock is off on the sims 4 and its almost 8:30 before they start school. Is this happening for anyone else...

    You can move that, the game will make a new folder automatically. If you don't use any mods/CC it won't make any difference. 

    Same with the screenshots folder, that might have been a bit too full.

To me that looks okay. Could you try taking out your screenshots folder and putting that on your desktop (located at: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4)

    Try the game, sometimes that folder causes lag.

        It seems to be better then what it was .. I do have a MODS folder but didn't know if I should delete whats in it or not. or move that to desk top too ? if you have any suggestions on that I would appreciate it.  ilts not lagging to bad now..
