kladendorf Thanks for the dxdiag, but it doesn't list anything concerning. Does the lag happen only when you're moving the camera, or at other times as well? If it's not limited to camera movement, please try playing with your computer offline. You can sign into the EA App and put it in offline mode, then disable wifi and/or disconnect the ethernet cable before pressing Play.
If the lag is only when you move the camera, please test edge scrolling and right-click moving and let me know whether one is better than the other.
You also might benefit from certain edits to GraphicsRules.sgr, but your GPU is borderline for this because it does increase the graphics load to a certain degree. But if you want to try, please see this post:

If you don't like the results, you can delete the copy of GraphicsRules in ConfigOverride to revert.
