puzzlezaddict I only really notice it whenever I move the camera with the middle mouse button. I turned my fps counter on and it goes from a steady 130ish range to around 50-60 when I move it. Sometimes afterwards, the whole game will just completely drop frames and nothing that I do helps with the problem. I will test in offline mode to see if anything helps. Thank you for the fast reply!
Update, testing offline did nothing. I tried to sims 4 camera but that doesn't seem to be working either. I just started having this problem within the last month or so, so I'm not entirely sure what could be causing it. It's just very noticeable and frustrating.
