I have lots of issues with my orgin! Can someone help me?!?
At first everything was fine, I bought the sims 4, the restaurant mod pack, and the vampire mod pack! Then one day the vampire mod pack disappears, there was no town, no furniture, no clothes and etc! In the sims 4 home screen it says it was never there and you have to go buy it! I went to the receipts or the game and I took a picture for proof that I bought it! Then now I have issues logging in into orgin website! Saying that my credits are wrong or expired. I have issues logging into the orgin app saying that it’s unavailable! Now I can’t play my sims 4 or the vampire pack! I’m very upset because it’s been going on for a long time and I even tried to email them! Please help me!
