Solved

I have to purchase the same packs i already got for free

I got Jungle Adventure, Luxury Party and Fashion Street Kit for free when they were on sale for 100%. I did not opened my game for quite some time and now when I entered again, I saw that I can't access my saved games because I used those packs in each and one of them. It appears that I have to purchase them again which I don't think it's fair. What can I do to have my already back owned back?

Hey 17ili12,

If you got those free packs through Epic, please log in to Epic to refresh your license before checking that your Epic and EA accounts are linked in your Connected Accounts page. If you don't see Epic linked there, you might be signed in to a different EA account.

Once you sign in to the EA account linked to Epic and the packs still don't appear as owned, please contact our live support team and have them review your account to make sure everything looks good. Unfortunately, we can't access or discuss account details here on the forums, but an advisor from our live support team would have the tools to look into this with you.

I got them from Steam and they don t even appear in my history. I have a single Steam account and i cannot play my saves because they require the packs mentioned. i do not want to loose the saves or the pack items pls help

17ili12 Just a note: These packs were never free through Steam. They were free—exactly this bundle—through Epic a few years ago. So even if you play through Steam, you may have redeemed the content from Epic and added it to your game via the EA App. And anything you obtained through Epic (or directly from EA, for that matter) wouldn't appear in your Steam order history.

My problem is still not solved. I looked through Epic and Steam both order history and the packs mentioned do not appear. I navigated through all settings and the packs still have to be bought again so I can use the saves as they are. I really don’t want to buy them again cause I think that’s not fair if I already got them once. There are a lot of problems with The Sims 4 lately so please help me in any ways as I really like this game even tho I’m really disappointed with all the problems that this have.

Hey 17ili12,

Are you checking the same Epic account that's linked with your EA account? If so, it might be worth connecting with Epic's support team about those missing transactions, as we aren't able to investigate that here on the forums.

After that, if you haven't already, also check in with our live support team so an advisor can look into your account and confirm your entitlements are functioning as expected.
