I installed the Origin... but needs "MSVCP140.dll"?

Ok, so. I download the origin, done. I try to open the app, and it's shows the hour glass with the mouse pointer. After a while it disappears and the Origin still not opened? And after a hour shows up: The programe don't start, because MSVCP140.dll is missing of your computer. For solve the problem try to reinstall the programme. OK so I did it 5 times and nothing... The same! Someone please explain how to download MSVCP140.dll. (Trying to install The Sims 4)
