I keep on getting the error 'Initialization error at startup'

Is this your first time installatin ? Did you also reinstall Origin ?

UPDATE: This was my first time installing, but I reinstalled both The Sims 4 and Origin several times. So, yes I did re-install Origin every time. I also tried cleaning Applications one time after uninstalling Origin and TS4 before reinstalling and another time Registry, with the same reinstall deal, in CCleaner, but this didn't work either. I even added the game and Origin to the exceptions list of both Malwarebytes and Avast, my two antivirus systems. Also, at some point I got an error of my graphics card having issues, but then I updated the drivers and it went back to the original error. If my system specs have anything to do with it here they are:

Please check with Windows Event viewer to see what errors are being generated.

How would I find that? I don't see any errors from Origin in Event Viewer. I am currently opening up the game to get the crash but Sims 4 takes a while to load on my system, so I would assume it is either spyware or related to the error.

I did try the suggestions given, will see if the worked later. I have the disc copy of the game.
